WHO IS MEMBERSHIP FOR?
Membership of the Technology Supply Chain is fully funded and is open to UK companies. There are 3 ways you can get involved. You can become a
1. Core Member
2. Supporting Member
3. Sponsor
CORE MEMBERS
There are two types of membership- core and supporting. Core members form the focus of the chain. Supporting members, as the name suggests, supports core members in their relevant sector.
Both core and supporting members enjoy access to the same benefits. The key difference is there are only a limited number of places for supporting members.
We are keen to grow the core of the supply chain and have set stretching targets for membership levels.
To join the Technology Supply Chain as a core member, you must be:
- A manufacturing, engineering or technology company
- Based in the UK (we are currently focusing on the Midlands)
- Employ fewer than 250 employees
- Have a turnover of less £40m
- Not be owned by a group which exceeds the above
SUPPORTING MEMBERS
The Technology Supply Chain was set up to support manufacturng, engineering and technology firms, i.e. our core members.
Companies from other sectors that work with these industries are also invited to join as supporting members. Supporting members enjoy the same access and benefits as core members. However, there are only limited places for supporting members.
We want to have an expansive business community that offers a diversity skills, products and services. We do not want to be too heavily focused in any one support area as this dilutes the effectiveness of the group.
You are invited to apply for supporting membership if you are:
- A company that works with manufacturing, engineering or technology companies
- Based in the UK (we are currently focusing on the Midlands)
- Employ fewer than 250 employees
- Have a turnover of less £40m
- Not be owned by a group which exceeds the above
